Stick inlocates

Hold a broomstick or similar object over your head in a wide grip so that the broomstick is just above your head. Press the broomstick back and roll your shoulders through until the broomstick touches your back. Bring it back up overhead. This should be done with entirely straight arms. Work your grip inward to increase the stretch. If bending your arms, rolling one arm through at a time or if the roll through is not smooth and controlled then your grip is too narrow. shoulder
