Ankles

Sit on the floor bend your right leg so the outside of your right ankle is resting just above your left knee. Roll your ankle around in both clockwise and counterclockwise circles. This should be done both actively and passively. Actively means using the muscles in your ankle to roll it around. Passively means to completely relax your ankle and use your hand to roll your ankle.
