Cat stretch

Start kneeling on the floor. Place both hands on the floor in front of you in such a way that when your arms are fully extended, your knees will be at a 90 degree bend. Press your chest towards the floor. If necessary put your hands on a panel mat or other raised surface to allow for greater ROM.
