I was watching a video montage of Amanda Borden's routines and she did a cool fairly easy-looking dismount in one (presumably for some sort of show). It was a sole circle dismount into a front flyaway (which she half-twisted). What is this skill called? Do you know its value in the JO code?

This is element 8.301 in the JO code. Tucked, piked, with or without the half twist it's a C.

It's about 3/4 the way through this montage of Amanda Borden http://www.shanfan.com/videos/montages/borden.wmv
I was just watching old movies of gymnasts from this site (partially because they're small enough that I can convert them to play on my ds) to get an idea of some different things to put in my routine to spice it up a bit. I am amazed at some of the creative things Amanda came up with - and she had some pretty good tumbling runs in there too.
