Please comment on this routine for GymRob over at gymnasticbodies. He still can't get registered.

As follows:

Monday:
appropraite planche holds in sets of 50% max
HSPU's: 5X3
Pullups (weighted): 5X4
Hanging Leg raises: 5X5
Pistols: 5X4

Wednesday:
appropraite planche holds in sets of 50% max
Tuck planche pushups: 5X3
Rows(weighted): 5X5
Ab wheel roll outs: 5X5
Pistols: 5X4

Friday:
appropraite planche holds in sets of 50% max
Dips (weighted): 5X4
Pullups(weighted): 5X4
Ab wheel roll outs: 5X5
Pistols: 5X4

Input, criticism, etc. He'll browse the discussion.

I believe he did and I emailed you about it. Somewhere he got lost in the shuffle, perhaps something server side on yours or his part.

Sigh. I don't see the reason why people are randomly compelled to do 5 sets and then 4 sets and then 3 sets and then like randomly pick 3-5 reps for exercises.

I've already discussed this with each of the threads here, but really you don't need to get EVERYONES critique on it. JUST TRY IT.

If it's too much you can cut back. If it's not enough then add some more. Make sure it's intense and you're getting enough rest. But don't let it excessively be more than an hour.

It doesn't need to be overly complicated especially at novice and intermediate level strength.
