| tip guy you have mentioned before that HSPU's are the way to go for getting more strength to do the planche. Im weak at HSPU's. Currently I struggle to get 4-5 with my nose touching the floor. Can you reccomend a HSPU routine to get more reps? What should I shoot for in HSPU reps so that a planche is easier to do? thanks Marc |

Work on HSPU very regularly. It's so key to gymnastics that it should be performed all the time. If you have 4-5 full ROM then work some 5X3 (meaning 5 sets of 3 reps) a couple minutes rest between sets.
Do handstands as often as possible. Working presses will improve your HSPU. _________________ TipGuy
