I've just seen pictures of these, really not to much explanation of how to do them, on the still rings, I understand the basic idea.

Depends on how you are training your cross. The more common shoulders rolled forward, inside of elbows down. Really press your shoulders down in your cross. Most of it is just working a bunch of low rep sets in your crosses.
