So I have always been fascinated with Hollie Vise's beam mount, and I've heard that your are born with flexibility, yeah true. But I want to know what stretches will help me reach the flexibility needed to be able to do Hollie Vise's beam mount. How to stretch my back like that. I will appreciate any tips!

THAT kind of flexibility is born, not made. Sure, you can stretch, but there are collagen proteins that limit how flexible tissues are so that they don't get injured. The more of them you have, the less flexible you're gunna be able to be (well except the one that deals with your blood vessels but that one isn't really relevant to this).

I bend like Hollie. I've got a connective tissue disorder that results in hypermobility & stretchy skin. It also results in loads of dislocations. And back injuries. VERY prone to back injuries. But I can do her beam mount! (on a medium beam, dont have the back muscle to do it on a high beam yet).

Unless you can already do a backbend and sit on your head (or a really good reverse planche sitting on your head feet on wall) that mount may be impossible. Her butt was on her head. The back angle is incredible-and if you're sore at ALL it HURTS like you wouldn't believe to do it.

In the rec-op skills thread soapy posted a really cool website with mounts, maybe you can find one that really fits YOUR strengths. I feel mean typing this out but I don't want you to hurt yourself trying to do something that your body doesn't want to do.

I'm not attempting her beam mount on a beam. I just want to be able to do a chest roll. And Chest rolls require a lot of back flexibility so it is sort of like Vise's mount. But I really need stretches that can help me develop a chest roll. If you have any idea what that is, could you provide stretches for one of those?

It's the same thing, unfortunately. Gotta have the lower back strength, and the mid/upper back flexibility. AND be flat chested.

I do backwards chestrolls all the time. Backbend but go to my forearms/through feet and roll it on down. They're easier backwards. Once you can do this without having to stop on your hands and drop to your elbows going forwards is more likely (I cant do the whole thing forward on floor to save my life, I wear glasses that get all crooked, and it hurts my ****, and I have to rock and feel stupid. One girl at my gym does it out of a front limber though, just ROLLS down after she stands up...she bends like I do, only perhaps more so. I also have near 11 years on her...)
