I'm so excited that Beth Tweddle (sp?) won bars at worlds! Apparently, she had FIVE release moves so she definitely had a lot of difficulty! Yay England! But I also felt badly for Nastia, especially since she had to pull out of the other events due to energy. Been there, done that! Anyways, I really really hope they show this competition on tv... it had some very unexpected results...

I hope that word was supposed to be injury rather than energy. I'm sure it wasn't her "energy" that was lacking.

Yeah... major typo and confusion.. I was reading my biochemistry notes as I was typing this...

It was definitely due to injury.
