My son(aged eight) got his first struggle up tonight! and did 10 after his first.
They had a competition in his group for the first to get it would get a chocolate bar from the coach and he was pleased to get it!

It's a muscle up that is takes a bit of struggling to get up.
I'm suprised you all haven't heard of it before. |

| A struggle up is a muscle up done one hand at a time. That's awesome for an eight year old! |

| I think when they are little they have a good strength to weight ratio and a lot of the strength moves are easier for them. He is good on strength compared to his age group in the club though. |

YEY
Got his proper muscle up now!
{ I guess he has better upper body strength than legs because according to his coach he is great at everything that doesnt involve his feet touching the floor!} |
