Okay so, I am part of the DC++ Hub, and I have recently been dowloading some older clips, from the 70's my coach suggested that I watch them and see how I can improve. Well I downloaded a clip and this gymnast did a Cartwheel to aerial to frontwalkover. I am so confused at how she went from a cartwheel to an aerial, and I think that it would be so neat to do that pass. Can anyone help me by giving me tips?

Okay well you would have to go to www.gymworld.de and register and on the message board you would get directions from there.

Hello Flippin4Life

The pass that flippin4Life is talking about is..

Cartwheel with 1/4 turn to land sideways to side entry into aerial with 1/4 turn, than she (the gymnast) turns around and does a tinsica (as Flippin4Life pointed out to me on the HUB).

The connection between the aerial and tinsica is horrible, she just literarely lands and turns around and does the tinsica. I think a flic, a back tuck, back layout step out anything going backwards would have been good, or and onodi would have been 100 times better.

I LOVE vids from the seventies and eighties(I'm part of the Hub so I get to see LOTS of these vids) I actually tried these at my gym once and they are pretty easy. Than again, I have my aerial- aerial combination, so that makes it easier.
