4th type of pushup in this video: http://media.putfile.com/rianustrength

Or last thing he does in this video: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8667812560570327057&q=breakdancing&hl=en

Or are they both planche pushups just done differently? I can do the ones in the first video, but cannot hold a full planche yet so I can't do the ones in the second. So I'm just wondering which one should be a part of training.

Thanks in advance.

They are both planche pushups.

The first guy does his with a bit of a momentum/swing to start. Still bloody hard. Notice he does nice tuck planche pushups on pbars as well as straddle planche pushups too.

Junior's are bloody awesome too.

After you can hold the static position, then add the pushups. Same goes for every position ( tuck, straddle, straight ).

Besides the fact that Junior did those on his fingertips and not using the edge of his palm and thumb.
